Our story begins in 1999 when we had the idea of introducing the concept of "natural swimming ponds". After a great deal of study, gathering information and dealing with the necessary red tape, we finally obtained all the documents and got the go-ahead.

This is no utopia but a perfectly feasible concept. The idea originated in the USA and Australia and then spread to Europe, with Austria and Germany as pioneers. The phenomenon of the "natural swimming pond" has become increasingly popular in Belgium.
